Belmont at 116 & 5 Madison is Naftali Group's NoMad statement. It is a building that blends architectural ambition with the liveable grace of a boutique residence. Expressive Lighting developed the lighting concept across all shared and private spaces, ensuring continuity of character from the street-level entry through the amenity floors and into each individual home. Great Room and kitchen finishes are highlighted with warm, high colour-rendering fixtures; the master bedroom and entry hall receive a softer, more layered treatment; and external spaces benefit from a subtle architectural wash that celebrates the building's materiality after dark.
