The redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport's Concourse F set a new benchmark for public infrastructure design in New York. Working with LaGuardia Gateway Partners, Expressive Lighting developed a comprehensive lighting programme for the concourse that prioritises passenger orientation, visual comfort, and a sense of calm amid the inherent bustle of a major transit hub. High-efficacy linear and downlight systems define circulation paths with clarity, while feature lighting at key moments like gate areas, retail nodes, and the terminal's signature vaulted ceiling transforms the journey from an obligation into an experience.
